How to unlock username and password in windows XP ?

When starting up the COMPUTER before you see the WINDOWS XP LOADING SCREEN keep hitting F8, eventually you will see a menu to choose some options, IF YOU DO NOT SEE THIS and you see the windows loading screen then you missed it and need to go back…

Hit F8 till you see the BOOT MENU,
Choose the Option that says SAFE MODE
Login to ADMINISTRATOR on safe mode once it loads…

Once you are in ADMINISTRATOR USER, click START>CONTROL PANEL> USER ACCOUNTS, then find the account you cannot access and click on it, then click REMOVE PASSWORD.

NOTE If FAST user switching is not enabled, then instead of a logon screen you will see a box that asks you to enter user name, then password…

In that case when you enter safemode for the login name type in Administrator and for the password leave it blank…
