How to switch Windows XP to another language?

Goto the control panel, find “Regional and Language options.”. Click the “advanced” tab. Under the drop down menu (probably says “English (United States) and select another language. Hit the check box below (Under “Default account settings”). Then click ok. It will change your settings.

You will probably need your windows Xp Disk and maybe an internet connection.
