How to unzip a file on Windows XP?
Right-click on a zip file and go to the menu “Open With” then “Choose program…”
“Compressed (zipped) folders” should be able to be selected from here. Click that and checkmark the “Always use the selected program….”
Click OK.
You open a zip file and on the left there should be a link thing called “Extract All”
Click that and then it will unzip your file and place it in the same folder the zip file is in.
