Adobe Photoshop is the best thing you can get for that sort of stuff.
Unfortunately, it&#8217;s not free.

YOU CAN DO IT WITH sorry caps lock &#8230; you can do it with gparted - will format it to whatever - resirfs, ntfs, ect2, ext3, fat, etc
